ATTENTION: We have implemented the second 3% rate increase of the three-tiered rate increase that was passed by the Board of Trustees in November of 2022. The rate increases were warranted by recently passed legislation particularly LD 1911 which mandates all biosolids must be disposed of in an approved landfill. The disposal of biosolids in landfills incurs transportation and tipping fee expenses.
The rates listed are valid starting on August 1, 2023 – January 31, 2024. If you have any questions about your rates, please feel free to call our office!
You can pay your bill online using the link at the top right corner of this screen, or by visiting Springvale Hardware. Currently, you must know your account number to proceed with the Pay port online method. Whether online or in-person, major credit/debit cards are accepted with a 2.5% processing fee.
Coming soon: the ability to view and pay your bill online. We are in the process of upgrading our billing software to add the new viewability and online payment of your bill. We have been talking about this since the beginning of the pandemic but unfortunately, the numerous challenges with the pandemic prolonged this new feature with our software vendor. This added feature should be available around November 1, 2023. Additionally, customers wishing to utilize this feature will be asked to provide a current email address. STAY TUNED AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!
